Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake containing a variety of ingredients. It is a little more like a frittata than a pancake and it’s made with flour, eggs, cabbage, shrimp, squid, sliced pork and beef topped with a variety of condiments like sweet sauce (Okonomi Sauce), mayonnaise, dried seaweed and dried fish flakes.
Okonomiyaki is served from a griddle by our chef and we have a limited number of servings per day.
