Are there any non-smoking rooms?

Kiroro Resort's Hotel Piano has thirty-nine special non-smoking rooms.
Applications for non-smoking room use can be made from the Reservations section of Kiroro Resort's web site.
The number of non-smoking rooms is limited.
Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your requests for non-smoking room use are received.

What amenities do hotel rooms contain?

Hotel rooms contain the following amenities: toothbrush sets, razors, combs, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, tea bags, face towels, bath towels, yukatas (Japanese-style bath robes for adults), room slippers, hair driers, electric kettles, cups, refrigerators (for keeping food and beverages cool) , drinking glasses, clothes brushes, shoehorns, and clothes hangers. Yukatas for children are also available at the front desk. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any requests.

	Is there somewhere where I can do my laundry?
	Yes, there are coin laundry facilities (washers and driers) on the 4th floor of Hotel Piano, and the 3rd floor of the Mountain Hotel. A laundry service is also available upon your request. Please contact the front desk for details.

	Are there ATMs in the resort?
	Unfortunately, there are not. The closest ATM is located in Otaru, which is about 23 km away. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. At Kiroro Resort, we accept various kinds of credit card, debit card, and QUICPay.

Are there DVD players and video players in the hotel rooms?

Neither the hotel rooms in Hotel Piano or the Mountain Hotel have DVD players or video players. *
However, if you would like to watch videos in your hotel room, TVs equipped with a video player are available if you would like to watch (VHS only). The number of TVs of this type is limited, so we recommended that you request one at your earliest convenience. The TVs in all of the hotel rooms are equipped with video- in / video-out terminal (RCA pin).
If you have your own DVD player, video player, or video camera, you can connect it to the TV in your hotel room. Please prepare the connection cable yourself.
